You will need to be an incredibly savvy business manager who can take full operational, HR, financial & coaching responsibility of your patch of busy, high volume & fast paced hospitality sites.

Role responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with the restaurant management team
  • Provide supervision for 4+ busy restaurants
  • Provide leadership, coaching & direction 
  • Maximize long term sales & profits
