About the opportunityAs a Chef de Partie, you will need ambition and speed. You will be working with fresh ingredients in renovated kitchen with all the latest equipment ready to use, whilst getting the guidance you need from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
This 'new look' venue has just came off the back of a big renovation, consisting of a smart-casual 250 patron bistro, family friendly cafe, 3 conference and event facilities, and a modern sports bar.
With a team of 15 Chefs, you will need stamina and skill to ensure you're in check with the rest of the teams level.
This team won't compromise in producing the high-quality food that guests have come to expect - the venue will be a go to destination for families, big social groups, and the corporate crowd during the week, and the locals who want to pop in for a beer.

The candidate - Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar - we are open to culinary backgrounds, there is no perfect profile for this role!
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery or apprentice trained
- 'Can do' attitude is essential
- Someone who strives for excellence regardless the level of cuisine
- Advanced understanding of food safety and kitchen best practise models
