Ideally you will have worked in busy restaurants that are high profile or restaurants within a hotel setting. Used to a fast pace, you will be someone that can work cohesively in a team while at the same time be able to offer direction and encouragement in a positive manner.
Within the 5 coveted positions we have available, we are seeking candidates which are experienced in 1 or all of the following:
• Asian wok experience
• Buffet (high volume)
• In room dining
• Fine dining/VIP
