My client are new to the Narellan area and are planning more growth in the next 12 months. They are well known for being honest, fair, hard working employers who genuinely have a passion for personally and professionally developing their teams. 

The role of Sous Chef is for their busiest restaurant in Narellan and is a role that will eventually see their current Head Chef move on for new openings and a group based role. This is rare, and will mean that they will be wanting to groom you into a more senior position within 12 months. 

We are looking for a candidate who has high volume experience and can manage a busy kitchen on there own, lead and direct staff with clear objectives as well as maintain set recipie standards and service. This is a structures role and own that will require food safety reporting as well as labour understanding and food costing.

on offer is an attractive salary of $70k + S and for a stand out candidate we could potentially increase this to $75k.
