Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands on attitude and service orientated
  • A proven successful sales track record 
  • Proficient in the use of Delphi & Opera 
  • Initiative, drive and ability to thrive on exceeding targets
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet business requirements
  • Business acumen with strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Maintain and grow the Weddings and Special Events business through servicing new and existing clients
  • Be part of the strategic business and sales plans
  • Responsible for the achievement of the budgeted Wedding and Events revenue
  • End-to-end responsibility of all Weddings and Special Events - both external and internal
  • Complete incoming quotations within a reasonable time frame and follow up quotes in a professional and timely manner
  • Effective and consistent use of DELPHI sales and catering systems and reporting
  • Follow processes and procedures to ensure all hotel standards are met
