The challenge of running a brand new restaurant + a casual pub offering and live stations could be your ticket!
This group is a stable, impressive and well-known hospitality group with a slew of successful venues under their belt. It’s a company that truly places high importance on food & the best service so it’s a role where your passion for the industry will shine. 

You will be responsible for the Restaurant and Bar in a large venue which operates every day for Lunch and Dinner. There is also a busy function trade, a fierce following of locals and your dream foodies that follow your every move. 

There is a team of approximately 15-20 in the multi-cultural brigade that you will be responsible for and it’s a role where you can be very influential. The team are well established and it’s a strong culture that will need to be continued by the next leader.

It’s essential that you have a strong food philosophy and focus on FRESH. You will be creative, passionate and a master at your craft. This - Think Paddock to Plate Mediterranean with a Mexican twist. Light, fresh and flavoursome but also gutsy and hearty. 

This role is paying approx. $100k + super + bonuses and there are some good benefits to working for a company such as this and huge media following around the opening.
