You will love this role if you love working within a professional establishment and working within a professional/modern kitchen. It will suit you if you have been exposed to 5* hotels or large scale catering firms.

You will need to:

  • Display sound leadership skills
  • Be skilled in costing a dish, creating a roster and leading a section
  • Be able to perform well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment
