The right candidate will:
- Have experience running a kitchen including: rostering/wages, inventory control/waste management, menu planning/dish costing.
- Be passionate about food and working with fresh produce. Specifically seafood.
- Be a leader in the kitchen, have the ability to step-up when the head chef is away/busy.
- Have experience working in a fine dining venue.
- Be creative in the kitchen, care about the presentation in each dish.
