With 7 successful and very busy establishments across Sydney this is an incredible opportunity for an up and coming Sous Chef/CDP to join a company that specialises in delivering excellent service, food and atmosphere to each of its customers.
The ideal applicant would:

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of menu planning, food costing and modern Australian/Italian cuisine (specifically seafood)
  • Be able to work on a rotating Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service roster.
  • Have a strong understanding of rostering and managing wage costs in the kitchen.
  • Be passionate about cooking with fresh produce, working in a team environment and delivering a premium product on the plate to each and every customer.
  • Has the ability to step up, show their creative flair and back-up the Head Chef when required.
