Expanding hospitality chain looking for a Sous chef to take a role managing a kitchen team through busy periods in a venue seating 200 customers. High volume experience preferred, as this venue can get quite buys during service times. A preferred employer; this role offers the ability to show off your knowledge working with modern food trends in a venue that offers great value for money!
The venue boasts Australian classics such as burgers and pizzas as well as grilled mains and fresh salad options served in a contemporary fashion alongside premium cocktails and Aussie craft beers. Think pub food with a flare! A great opportunity to hone your skills serving up premium pub-grub while working within a close knit-team.
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Managing a busy pass and quality control of a vast menu
- Training and motivating team
- Ordering, stock control, invoicing, etc.
- Controlling labour costs, COGS, OH&S and staffing
