You will be...
A very capable chef with some solid experience and training behind you ready for a new challenge and hard work. You will be driven to succeed and become a great chef but also understand the dedication and effort required. Coming from a high volume background and having a solid understanding of what busy means you will know how to manage a bustling kitchen for a busy service.
A confident chef but not arrogant, you know where your strengths lie but also what you need to work on and what you need training in. You will have a steady career history and a working knowledge of all kitchen sections is essential – as too is the ability to assist in managing and controlling the kitchen COG’s and labour. You will have good attention to detail and a passion to mentor and grow the brigade to achieve its full potential. Ideally you will be able to bring creative and exciting culinary ideas.
In a busy venue you will work as part of a very successful and highly skilled team to execute a modern and highly seasonal menu with its heart rooted in great produce and clean technique. You will be involved with a great, hardworking team and you will be a team focused person.
