We are looking for a polished candidate to nurture a fantastic team within a premium café space in Sydney. 

The company is a national brand that has a stable presence in most capital cities.

You will be reporting to the Cafe Manager and you will have a great team underneath you to really help achieve the KPI’s in place.

You will be a natural leader who is strong on service, passionate about developing your team and comfortable with the admin side of the business.

There is high expectations to perform within this role, however the systems and support structure are there for you to leverage off.

You will have:

  • Highly experienced in all aspects of customer service – the customer experience is a key criteria for this brand.
  • A genuine commitment to the brand, and a professional, bubbly approach. 
  • A positive and passionate approach to leadership and knowing how to best develop your team.
