This role will be an end to end recruitment role so naturally any recruitment experience you have will be advantageous. A strong hospitality background will also be highly regarded in this role as it is so focused on relationships in the industry. Ideally a senior management background would be ideal so you have complete understanding for what makes a great hospitality candidate and what our clients really need.
The role will encompass business development, client management and candidate management. You will have the opportunity to run and own your own desk and of course have the backing of a respected name in the industry.
