The Role:

20 mins from Auckland’s CBD, our client is on the hunt for an outstanding Duty Manager to join their team. Undergoing a major upgrade to their facilities and services, this is an opportunity you do not want to miss!
  • Lead, manage and train a team of dedicated hospitality professionals in delivering service excellence
  • Ensuring efficient front of house operations during service periods
  • Assisting in cost control and waste management
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Private function facilities on-site! 
Skills & Experience required:
  • Current General Manager's Certificate (Duty Manager Certificate) & LCQ
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills and a strong command of the English language
  • Experience leading a team and working under pressure
  • Strong analytical/decision-making-skills
  • Experience running events up to 200+ pax
  • 2 years experience in a similar role is required
  • $55k per annum
  • On site parking included
