Our client is looking for a talented, hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for outstanding customer service. Someone who can bring a strong leadership platform to help form the concierge department and someone who is very knowledgeable of the city and surrounding area.  

For this role previous experience in the retail, hospitality and or the hotel industries is preferred and multilingual skills are highly advantageous.

The Role: 
  • Be in close contact with the centre management team, retailers, corporate clients, security and cleaning teams within the establishment
  • Maintain a clean, safe and FUN working environment
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times leading by example
  • Lead a team of Concierge, managing rostering and training
  • Be on top of any incident reporting and completing risk assessments along with hazard reports
  • May need to undertake building inspections, providing ongoing recommendations for enhancement 
  • General working days would be from Tuesday - Saturday
About You:
  • Confident in communicating with guests
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • In depth knowledge of Auckland and surrounding areas, restaurants and activities
  • Excellent customer service and service delivery skills 
  • Exceptional personal presentation 
  • Fast and effective problem solver
  • Proactive & self motivated approach with a fine attention to detail 
  • Down to earth, personable and a strong relationship builder
  • 65k-80k Dependant on experience
  • 3% Kiwisaver
