Exciting opportunity for an experienced cafe manager to churn up business in an established business. No vanilla days here with huge amounts of trade.

About the client
Our client is a successful cafe service based business with large amounts of trade through passing trade and strong brand reputation. The client is an Australian brand starting in Sydney and positioning themselves to an international brand known across 7 countries. Our client pushes their managers into sharing the rewards of the business and find their drive to breed success for their managers and the business.

About you
You will be a detail focussed hospitality and retail manager with experiences across all areas of business management. A successful candidate in this role will have experience managing the full finances of hospitality management including but not limited to ;
  • COGS, profit and loss statements, wage costing and forecasting
The successful managers in these roles also take full control over their people and are responsible for:
  • All HR and recruitment, training, production and reward systems for their staff.
The client is looking for detail oriented and passionate people for this role with the ability to focus on the small things and maintain focus on a constantly changing area of the hospitality market.

Responsibilities
The managers of this cafe take full control of their business and run it as their own with the support of an external management team. The managers are responsible for the cash flow management and structure of their business and are able to comfortably take on all aspects of business operation and wont shy away from behind the scenes operation.

Perks and rewards
The client is offering a competitive salary and bonus package for candidates in this role. A salary package beginning at $62-$65k plus super and an attractive business bonus structure, the client is offering $400 monthly KPI bonuses as well as receiving 20% of all revenue over the target budget as an annual bonus.

You are able to work an attractive 40 hour week with shifts moving across when you feel your team & business needs you there!
