About Our Client 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a budding manager or shift supervisor to step into a fast paced and different opportunity in the hospitality experience scene. This venue operates in a youth oriented crowd with customers varying from families and children to local university students, no two days will be the same!

About you
We are looking for experienced managers or shift supervisors looking to take the step up. We run a large, young and unique team where you will be required to manage up to 40 staff across a range of demographics, ages and backgrounds and have experience with basic financial management experience and shift management. A beverage focussed background will be viewed favourably however any extroverts are encouraged to reach out as we are looking for management characters to join the team.

Responsibilities
You will be given the reins to run the show and assist our venue managers in day to day operations and assisting to lead the team. We are looking for managers to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends and lead shifts as part of our operational team. Financial acumen will be viewed favourably as we work closely in our management team on shift costing and P.O.S. operation. A valid RSA is required and experience working with compliance is required.
