About the Role:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive work environment
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet financial targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and specials

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a bistro or similar setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices
• A passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests
