As manager of one of their key Cairns locations you will be responsible for driving your team's success while upholding brand standards of excellence and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all locations.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience within a similar role (casual dining or QSR restaurants or multi-faceted cafes), with a track record of driving premium guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing PnL and budgets.
• A natural leader with a knack for bringing out the best in others and creating a winning team dynamic.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, paired with a dash of creativity.
• A results-oriented mindset with a hunger for continuous improvement and innovation.
