Our clients property flies well under the radar when it comes to laidback luxury, but it is a matter of time before they become one of Regional Victoria's most hotly talked about must-go destinations.

Breathtaking scenery from every angle of the property, restaurants and bars for foodies and wine lovers, and a fantastic array of Event spaces for small conferences, product launches, corporate retreats, bespoke events, weddings,  and community gatherings.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will need to understand that quality service can be delivered in various ways - from day trippers who are there to experience wine and casual service, through to crowds of all sorts looking for.a luxury escape from the City.

This opportunity is well suited to leader who has a background in F&B operations at a Assistant Manager level and above, preferably a leader who has 2 years Restaurant Manager experience managing teams of 10+, who can run service 5 days a week.
