About the opportunity

Our client is one of Australia's most progressive groups to emerge in recent years, and they have no plans of slowing down just yet.
  
They have have a number of brands under their banner and are known for being leaders in cafe chains, food retail, and QSR operations.

Due to continued growth they are looking to add to their Southeastern district, allowing a Multi Site Manager to come in and manage multiple stores that need support in team development and customer retention. 

This is an extremely hands on role that requires a resilient, thick skinned, and hungry professional who is looking to commit with a business for the long run and climb the ladder to senior management - there is serious potential for this role to grow into a Area or Operational Management position.

Given the nature of the role this role is very well suited to a very strong Restaurant Manager looking to step up into their first Multi Site role.
