The Venue

Our client's bustling spot on the Sunshine Coast is loved by locals and visitors alike, thanks to their creative menu spotlighting the freshest local ingredients. Guests experience an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. A classic 5 day operation working with a level-headed & passionate head chef.

About You

This role is for an experienced Sous Chef to come on board and assist the Head Chef in leading the team. What we need is:
  • Confident with modern Australian cuisine & seafood
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Creativity and passion for food
  • Leader who stays calm under pressure
  • Understanding of rostering, ordering, stock control
  • Experience in a la carte fine dining background
  • Leadership skills to mentor people
