  • Responsible for the smooth running of the food and beverage operation

  • Exceptional customer service and effective relationship building
  • Front of house leadership with strong management of the team
  • A love of the latest trends, the places to be and the best standards of service
About You:
  • Passionate about high standard operations and exceeding expectations
  • Passion in regards to driving team success
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to problem solve on the spot
  • Immaculate presentation and friendly disposition
  • Knowledge of RGL compliance
