About the opportunity

Whether you’re a local, a tourist or just spending a night or two in the City, then there's a good chance you'll pass by one of this groups colourful restaurants.

One of their newer restaurants to the group is in need of an experienced Restaurant Manager who understands and appreciates grab and go side of casual dining.

As a Restaurant Manager, your role will be a hybrid between managing a designated location within the group, whilst assisting in task force management for new openings or other restaurants that need leadership support from time to time

Our client invest in all of their people, and when they identify assets in the business they will go above and beyond to present opportunity at a higher level and/or consider talented leaders for joint venture/partner levels.

We want to connect with some of the best Melbourne hospitality leaders who have a track record in casual dining, cafes, and chain restaurants.


What you'll get in return

• $85,000 + super + bonuses (OTE $15k p/a)
• Work for a recognised hospitality group that will provide you with comprehensive training and excellent support (on the ground and from an executive leadership team)
• Career progression for the right person - our client has multiple restaurants and is all for the idea of developing this person into the above mentioned pathways
• A roster with true balance - you will need to have open availability being the main Manager, however, they expect you to design a roster that works for you (this group has record at ensuring Managers at this level work mostly day shifts, and have flexibility to design a roster that works for the business and the team)
• Not a late night operation as the business is closed by 930pm most evenings
• You'll have regular face time with an Operations Manager who will treat you like a family member and help support your own development plan
