• Manage day-to-day operations of the night club, including staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests and staff
• Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to attract new bands and DJ's and retain existing ones

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a nightclub or entertainment venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
• Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and regulations
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Full unrestricted working rights, ie. citizenship or permanent residency. Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates seeking sponsorship or with temporary work rights.
