  • Assistant Manager (Casual Diner) Inner West & Bayside
  • Duty Manager (Pub) Inner North
  • Restaurant Supervisor (Contemporary Dining) Mornington Peninsula
  • Supervisor (QSR) MorningtonPeninsula

The ideal candidate
  • People focused - you are a natural leader that invests in training, motivates teams and loves inspiring future leaders 
  • Leadership experience is essential - we are considering leaders of all levels that match our client briefs
  • A leader who is all things customer service - passionate about nailing great service from a owner/brand perspective, building rapport with guests, and generating more returning customers
  • Well presented, positive energy, can do attitude - we only want to speak with hands on, team players 
  • 1+ years Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience is desirable 

Benefits
  • $63,000-80,000 + superannuation
  • Some opportunities are days only roster, other rotating rosters

  • Working closely with senior Management teams, plus further on the ground or remote support
