Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for great food and even greater teamwork? Our vibrant, fast-paced restaurant in Adelaide’s northern suburbs is looking for an energetic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to take the reins and make every shift exceptional.

Your Role as Restaurant Manager:

As the heartbeat of the restaurant, you’ll oversee operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational Leadership: Build rosters, streamline daily operations, and ensure efficiency across every shift.
• Financial Expertise: Take charge of P&L, manage stock and implement strategies for cost control and waste reduction.
• Team Building: Lead a passionate team, set service standards, and create an environment where everyone thrives.
• High Standards, Always: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space that reflects our core values.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience managing in a QSR or similar hospitality environment.
• A knack for numbers, including P&L, rostering and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership skills that motivate and connect with people.
• Availability for a flexible 40-hour workweek with a mix of day and evening shifts.
