Your Day-to-Day:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading a passionate team
• Oversee shift operations, rostering, stock control & reporting
• Ensure consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Foster a fun and inclusive environment for both staff and guests
• Bring fresh energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to each shift

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fast casual, QSR, or hospitality leadership
• A people-focused leader who brings out the best in others
• Hands-on and ready to jump in wherever needed
• A natural motivator with strong attention to detail
• Flexible and available across rotating rosters, including weekends
