About the Role:
  • Support daily operations and lead from the front

  • Coach and develop team members on shift
  • Assist with rostering, stock control, and performance targets
  • Contribute to building a positive and high-performing culture
About You:
  • Experience in hospitality management – QSR, cafés, fast food, or casual dining
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
  • Passionate about team growth and customer experience
