What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing service across a large FOH team, including 15+ supervisors and staff
• Acting as Manager on Duty - owning the floor, hosting and ensuring flow
• Supporting senior leadership across daily operations as well as reporting, rostering and 
• Playing a key role in maintaining premium service standards in a fast-paced setting

• A confident, people-first leader with leadership experience in high-end or high-volume venues
• Polished, engaging and emotionally intelligent - you know how to read the room
• A service-focused manager who leads from the front and builds trust with the team
• Someone who takes pride in presentation, with a calm and confident floor presence
• Confident maximising table allocations on the fly
• Full availability across a rotating lunch/dinner roster
