We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced

This role is critical in ensuring operational consistency, exceptional guest experiences, and business success across multiple venues. You’ll work closely with Venue Managers, Regional and National stakeholders, and support functions to drive performance, culture, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be the operational glue between strategy and execution, with core responsibilities across:
Operational Leadership - Conduct regular venue visits and audits to ensure operational excellence
- Lead the roll-out of SOPs and brand standards across all sites
- Oversee rostering, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Open/close restaurants where required and step in operationally when needed
- Coach and develop venue leadership teams across FOH and BOH
People & Culture - Drive a high-performance people culture by mentoring leaders and developing emerging talent
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Champion employee engagement, retention and internal growth
- Manage HR processes including performance, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives
Financial & Strategic Management - Manage P&L for all assigned venues with a strong focus on revenue growth and cost control
- Analyse key business metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Deliver monthly reports and insights to senior leadership
- Ensure all targets around labour, COGs, waste and expenses are consistently met
Safety, Quality & Compliance - Maintain a high standard of food safety, WHS, and cleanliness across all sites
- Ensure compliance with all RSA, HACCP, and local legislation
- Oversee maintenance, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Act as Food Safety Supervisor (or equivalent) across venues
Marketing, Brand & Community - Support the execution of local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Ensure social media presence and reputation are supported through operational consistency
- Actively manage guest feedback and continuous improvement
About You - 3+ years’ experience in a multi-site hospitality leadership role
- Strong business acumen and P&L management experience
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop large, diverse teams
- Operationally hands-on with a strong understanding of both FOH & BOH functions
- Unflappable under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised
- Confident working with digital tools and reporting platforms
- Valid RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A full driver’s licence and flexibility to travel regularly across regions
