We’re seeking an experienced Woodfire Pizza Chef to join our clients kitchen team and take charge of our woodfire pizza offering. If you’re passionate about authentic, high-quality pizza and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working with fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and a well-maintained woodfire oven. You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting woodfire pizzas to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality in every service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the woodfire oven
• Prepare and stretch dough, and assemble pizzas to order
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
• Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a woodfire or pizza chef
• Strong understanding of woodfire cooking techniques and temperature control
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy services
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
