About the opportunity

This restaurant sits in the heart of Melbourne’s food, beverage and cultural playground - a street renowned for its edgy sophistication, vibrant laneways, and food scene that attracts both locals and tourists alike.

The open kitchen adds a buzz of energy, and the seating strikes a balance between social and casual - great for a quick bite, but just as suited to lingering over a meal with mates.

Your role will be to support the Restaurant Manager with overseeing customer experience, inventory management, and leading an energised team. It's a development role to prepare you for the next step up to take on your own restaurant.

As this is not a fully serviced restaurant, our client is open to leaders who come from Cafes, Pubs, and even Fast Food Restaurants. You'll need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
