• Experience in team leadership required
• General knowledge of cost and labour control
• Experience in delivering to targets
• Inclusive approach taking into consideration the needs of both the customers and the team at all times
• Organised and efficient in completing daily tasks and delegating to others
• Excellent personal presentation with ofcourse your huge smile!
