Head Chef – Mediterranean Excellence | $115-130K + Super + Bonus | Western Sydney

Looking for full creative control, a large team to lead, and a kitchen that hums with energy? We’ve got just the gig.

We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef who knows Mediterranean cuisine inside out and wants to bring their own flair to a thriving large format venue in Western Sydney. This isn’t your average kitchen role, it’s big, bold, and built for a passionate leader with vision.

What’s on the pass:
  • Base salary $115K–$130K + Super
  • 10–15% KPI bonus potential
  • Full menu autonomy – from concept to plate
  • Team of 15+ including seasoned chefs and eager up and comers
  • Large restaurant, function and events space  fast paced, high volume, great buzz
You’ll be leading the charge on:
  • Driving consistency and quality across à la carte, functions and event catering
  • Designing seasonal menus that bring the Med to the West (with your signature twist)
  • Coaching and developing your brigade, you're hands on, present and invested
  • Managing kitchen costs and hitting targets, without compromising on flavour or flair
You bring:
  • Proven Head Chef or Senior Sous experience in high-volume Mediterranean or modern European kitchens
  • Confidence managing a large team and high-pressure service
  • A calm head, strong palate, and natural leadership style
  • Solid experience with kitchen financials, stock control and labour costs
