The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef who is passionate about crafting hand-stretched, wood-fired Napoli-style pizzas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is interested in the potential for career progression in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Napoli-style pizzas using traditional techniques.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness of all ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet high-volume demands efficiently.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Expertise in hand-stretching dough and operating wood-fired ovens.
• Strong understanding of traditional Napoli-style pizza preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
