What’s on the Menu? As our next Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

  • Be the Vibe: Set the tone, lead by example, and create a space guests want to come back to.
  • Run the Show: Oversee FOH + BOH ops, keep it all running smooth and sharp.
  • Grow Your Crew: Hire, coach, and lift your team to do their best work every shift.
  • Drive Results: Smash targets, manage budgets, and roll out ideas that move the needle.
  • Stay Sharp: Handle stock, systems and service like a pro.
  • Lift the Guest Experience: Spot gaps, fix fast, and make every moment count.
What You Bring:
  • Solid leadership chops in hospo or quick-service venues
  • You get ops, budgets and how to drive performance
  • Calm under pressure, sharp with time and clear with communication
  • Available for rotating rosters (nights/weekends included)
Bonus points if you’ve got:
✔️ Food Safety Cert
✔️ RSA
✔️ First Aid Cert
