Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and build efficient rosters
  • Drive Profitability: Manage P&L, control food and labour costs, and minimise waste
  • Inspire Your Team: Lead from the front, coach team members, and champion exceptional service
You Bring:
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or QSR management
  • Solid understanding of P&L, rostering, and cost control
  • Natural leadership with a passion for developing people
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster (~40 hours/week)
