Lead restaurant ops in a premium, fast-paced venue, working with senior leaders to elevate service across a high-volume, lunch-focused trade.

The Role
A high-end, fast-paced venue is seeking a confident and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team. You'll work closely with senior leaders across both FOH and BOH to shape standards, mentor your team, and deliver consistently memorable guest experiences.

This is a hands-on, floor-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in premium dining environments and is ready to lead with presence, structure, and energy. The venue runs a strong lunch trade with additional evening services—ideal for those seeking a lunch-heavy roster across Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the FOH team across daily lunch and selected dinner services
  • Set the tone on the floor and maintain a consistent guest-first culture
  • Work closely with kitchen and senior ops to align team and service standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training across the FOH team
  • Ensure strong service flow, presentation, and real-time guest feedback handling
  • Contribute to planning around rosters, upsell strategies, and service improvements
  • Be present and hands-on—coaching your team and building a strong, positive culture
Who You Are
  • Experienced leader with a background in premium dining venues
  • Hands-on and confident on the floor, especially during busy services
  • Calm, warm, and composed under pressure with great communication skills
  • Strong with structure, organisation, and team leadership
  • Open to a rotating roster
  • RMLV and Approved Manager certified (or willing to obtain)
