The Role
Our client operates a well-established premium restaurant and bar in Brisbane, known for its high-energy vibe, elevated service standards, and fresh, produce-led menu. With a loyal following and vibrant indoor-outdoor dining, the venue delivers a seamless blend of professional polish and lively, approachable hospitality.

They’re now looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily service across a 200+ seat venue. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to guide a structured FOH team, shape training and culture, and ensure service standards remain sharp during busy trade. It’s a hands-on role with scope to influence operations, elevate guest experience, and contribute to the continued success of one of Brisbane’s most recognisable dining spots.

  • Salary up to $105k + S + dependent on experience, plus tips and bonuses
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead floor operations across multiple service areas during high-volume trade
  • Host guests, troubleshoot issues, and set the tone from the floor
  • Manage a large FOH team (15+), driving morale, structure, and consistency
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
  • Contribute to menu development and lead implementation of upsell incentives
  • Train and mentor your team with a hands-on, supportive approach
  • Oversee rosters, budgets, and team development in line with venue goals
  • Own the guest experience strategy and drive ongoing service improvements
Who You Are
  • A confident, hands-on leader who brings energy and warmth to every shift
  • Strong commercial experience managing PNL’s, budgets, wage cost and KPI’s
  • Calm under pressure, with the maturity to manage volume and diverse team personalities
  • Experienced leading teams in high-volume venues with structured systems, multiple service areas, and event components
  • Strong communicator with a focus on training, structure, and uplifting team culture
  • Available for a mix of rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings
