What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the Kitchen: Deliver refined, high-end cuisine for intimate private dinners and luxury events. 
  • Inspire and Oversee: Manage kitchen operations and lead a small team during larger functions, ensuring smooth execution and consistent excellence.
  • Design Elevated Menus: Craft seasonal, innovative menus that showcase local ingredients and align with the venue’s premium brand.
  • Own the Back of House: Oversee stock management, ordering, food cost controls, and kitchen hygiene all while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Who You Are
  • A skilled Head Chef with at least 5 years’ experience in fine dining, luxury lodges, or high-end event catering.
  • Well-versed in both modern and traditional culinary techniques.
  • A confident leader who can manage a team or operate independently with ease.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering top-tier cuisine.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to excellence in every service.
