The Opportunity:

Our client is one of Melbourne's most successful restaurant chains and is known for making their guests feel like royalty.

The role of Venue Manager will require you to maintain a high level of service while supervising a team of 5 to 12 during shifts at a large-scale, high-performing suburban restaurant.

At this business, you will effectively manage shifts at the highest level while also gaining the skills to run a business unit. This company goes the extra mile to upskill its leaders and set them on the path to managing a business unit independently.

The group has been incredibly successful in transitioning hospitality leaders from cafes, pubs, fast food brands, and restaurants.


Candidate Profile:

• Previous Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager experience is essential, preferably within casual dining concepts or pubs
• A leader who can truly coach and inspire others in a fast-paced, high performing restaurant
• Excellent people and performance management skills, able to manage end to end processes and troubleshoot team performance issues 
• Obsessed with looking at ways to improve guest experience
• Strong financial reporting skills
