As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and champion our community initiative—where every sale helps support local charities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a fun, energetic team
• Manage daily venue operations efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive atmosphere
• Train and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Flex your Labour Management skills
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and operational efficiency
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with operational and financial duties
