We’re not your typical hospitality venue — we’re fun, fast paced, and obsessed with creating an amazing customer experience. With new locations opening regularly, we’re on the hunt for a people-first leader who can bring the good vibes while running a smooth, efficient operation.

This isn’t your average QSR gig we are doubling our Australian footprint in the next 2 years and expanding to the USA. 

What you’ll be doing

• Inspiring and leading your team to deliver standout service every time.
• Owning your venue’s performance — from KPIs like labour and COGS (30%) to hitting sales targets and driving 20%+ profit margins.
• Managing rosters, stock control, and seamless day-to-day operations.
• Rolling up your sleeves — everyone in the business works hands-on, from service to production
• Supporting growth by helping open new stores 
• Driving a positive, high-energy culture that customers (and your team) love.

What we’re looking for

• Upbeat, engaging personality — your energy sets the tone for the whole venue.
• Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments.
• Commercial smarts with experience managing labour, rosters, and KPIs.
• Comfortable working nights and weekends (4 weekend days/month and 2–3 nights/month).
• Career-driven — future Area Manager roles will open in the next 6 months.
• Strong communicator who leads with confidence and empathy.
• Open to sponsorship for the right candidate.
