• Experienced in a busy kitchen environment (restaurants, pubs, clubs or similar)
• Strong knife skills, food preparation ability and confident using grills and stoves.
• Solid understanding of food safety requirements.
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent hands-on experience) preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within a business.
