Full Job Description
We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Venue Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. The Role
You’ll be hands-on in leading shifts, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys warm, attentive service. From smooth daily operations to coaching your crew and keeping standards high, you’ll play a key role in creating the kind of atmosphere people want to return to again and again.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the Venue Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a motivated team
• Run daily operations with a focus on service standards and consistency
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints
• Train and develop your team to grow confidence and capability
• Manage rosters, labour, and shift planning effectively
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Assist the Venue Manager with operational and financial outcomes

• Leadership experience in hospitality, QSR, or licensed venues
• A people-first leader with strong service standards and attention to detail
• Passionate about food, drinks, and creating memorable customer experiences
• Clear communicator with the ability to perform under pressure
