The Role As a Consultant, you will act as the vital link between clients across Victoria and top-tier candidates seeking their next career move within the hospitality industry.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Business Development – Use your industry expertise and key account management skills to bring in new clients and grow your portfolio
- Candidate Management – Source, interview, and support top hospitality talent across Melbourne and regional Victoria
- Client Management – Build and maintain long-term partnerships with businesses of all sizes
- Performance Targets – Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly sales goals designed to set you up for success
