You will be responsible for cost management, menu innovation and development, quality assurance, training, and logistics management.
The selected Head Chef will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the kitchen, sales, and logistics departments are aligned and operating at their full potential.
The Candidate: - The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a central or production kitchen.
- Proven ability to collaborate with the Head of Operations on product development, operational excellence, and logistics management.
- Experience leading and inspiring culinary teams, developing menus aligned with the group’s vision, and enhancing systems to improve efficiency and profitability.
- A strategic thinker who sees the big picture and can drive the execution of a broader vision.
