The Opportunity

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead from the floor - running service, driving team culture, and handling the nuts and bolts like hiring, training, budgeting, and P&L.

It’s a hands-on role for a sharp operator who can lift standards, grow the team, and boost the bottom line. 

About You
  • You’ve spent at least 2 years running the show as a Restaurant Manager, ideally in a high-volume, fast-casual or QSR concept.
  • You’re a true leader on the floor - setting the tone, backing your team, and keeping guests happy.
  • You know how to manage up, work with owners, and love being part of business decisions.
  • You’ve got solid people and performance management skills.
  • You keep costs tight and know how to grow revenue across the board.
