After completing a comprehensive 60-day onboarding program, you’ll take full responsibility for a portfolio of seven restaurants across Greater Melbourne. In this role, you'll coach and mentor Restaurant Managers and their teams, playing a vital part in developing future leaders and building a high-performance culture.
Day-to-day, you’ll have a direct impact on business performance, customer experience, and team engagement across your region.
To thrive in this position, you’ll need to be highly adaptable, bring proven experience at a area/regional management level, and demonstrate strong leadership in both people development and operational excellence.
The Candidate - Our client requires 3+ years hospitality experience as a Area Manager or Regional Manager, preferably within restaurants or venues
- Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams within hospitality is essential - you will need to have the ability to identify, and develop, future leaders & deploy the right talent to the right restaurant
- You have the ability to drive results through values and take an inclusive approach to sales analysis with Restaurant leaders
- Experience developing & maximising revenue growth across multi-sites and being able to demonstrate year on year growth is essential
- A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels - you know how to get the best out of non management just as well as you know how to manage stakeholders and executive management
